We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as support partners. This role involves empowering and supporting individuals who require extra assistance, fostering a sense of independence and confidence.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Support clients with their hygiene routine, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained\
  • Accompany clients to appointments and community events, promoting social interaction and engagement\
  • Administer medication and provide wound care, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines\
  • Engage in high-intensity care and domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry\
  • Provide emotional support and mental health guidance, listening actively and responding compassionately\
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed\
  • Contribute to ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry standards\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors, maintaining open communication and providing feedback\
