Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and refining design plans to ensure alignment with our brand and design standards.
- Balancing aesthetics, tenant experience, and cost outcomes specific to childcare design.
- Ensuring spaces feel welcoming, safe, and functional for children, educators, and families.
You will work closely with our development managers, builders, and suppliers to deliver seamless design delivery. Your attention to detail and commercial acumen will be invaluable in ensuring our designs meet operational needs while balancing sustainability and budget outcomes.
Key Requirements- A qualification in architecture, drafting, design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and cost implications of design choices.
- Experience reviewing and refining design drawings for commercial, educational, or childcare projects.
- Ability to liaise confidently with consultants, builders, and stakeholders.
- Commercially minded, with an eye for detail and passion for high-quality design.
