Project Planner Overview

Job Summary

The Project Planner will lead the development of construction planning and programming, including sequencing works, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.

This role requires strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and technical drawings and models. The ideal candidate should have proven ability to manage several complex tasks simultaneously to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain construction plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage programme status reports, contract / target / tender programs, and delay analysis.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling software (e.g., Asta, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
