Rehabilitation Consultant Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to fill the Rehabilitation Consultant position.

This role involves supporting injured individuals as they step back into the workforce, providing meaningful assessments and guiding them through life-changing career transitions.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
  • They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify barriers and design tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiotherapy
  • Registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Full working rights along with a full Australian Driving License
Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting workplace visits to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments
  • Collaborating with clients to create personalized RTW plans that cater to their unique needs and goals
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their return-to-work journey
