About the role

We're looking for a driven and motivated Sales Associate to join our award-winning team at Area Specialist Lukas Pedder. This is a serious opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate with the right structures, systems, and mentorship behind you.

You'll be coached directly by a high-performing agent, backed by in-house admin and marketing support, and guided through an 18-month plan designed to fast-track your progression into a full Sales Agent role.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively generating leads for new listings through various marketing channels

  • Conducting property market research to provide clients with up-to-date insights

  • Organising and hosting open house inspections and private viewings

  • Negotiating and finalising sale contracts on behalf of vendors

  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new ones

  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

  • Attending sales meetings and contributing to the team's success
