About the Role:

  • Supporting Clients: Conduct meaningful assessments and guide clients through life-changing career transitions.
  • Collaboration: Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference.
  • Return to Work Planning: Identify barriers and design tailored RTW plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
  • Workplace Visits: Visit workplaces to understand the real challenges and advocate for safer, healthier, and more inclusive environments.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiotherapy.
  • Registration: Registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
