Compliance Programs Manager Role

The Compliance Programs Manager role is responsible for leading and managing enterprise-wide compliance programs. This includes the delivery of key compliance programs, working within the broader Group Compliance team to maintain and build proactive compliance culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing material compliance obligations related to modern slavery and human rights.
- Liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure timely and accurate information.
- Supporting the development of systems, tools, training, and communication methods.
Qualifications and requirements include:
- Law or commerce degree or degree in risk and/or compliance management.
- Proven experience as a compliance manager at an ASX company.
- Broad business knowledge and demonstrated ability to understand and communicate balance between risk reduction and commercial outcomes.
