About the Role

EML is a leading provider of workers compensation and personal injury claims management services. We're committed to helping people recover and return to work through ongoing support and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of claims to ensure timely and effective recovery and return-to-work outcomes
  • Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers
  • Collaborate with specialist roles, including RTW Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Clinical Advisors, to ensure comprehensive support for injured workers
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve recovery and return-to-work outcomes, including early intervention and timely support services
  • Provide workers compensation advice and guidance to stakeholders, including workers, employers, and providers
About You
  • You're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong commitment to supporting injured workers
  • You have experience managing claims in the workers compensation industry or other personal injury environments
  • You're knowledgeable about the Victorian workers compensation scheme, legislation, and policies
  • You're organized, with excellent time management skills and a commitment to supporting injured workers
