We are seeking a Property Insurance Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Property Underwriting activities to deliver high-quality client service and meet industry demands.
- Prepare accurate quotes for new business and renewal submissions, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines, including administration, accumulation checks, claims histories, and survey requirements.
- Calculate midterm endorsement premiums and arrange surveys to implement risk recommendations.
- Liaise with our offshore service centre to ensure timely policy issuance and invoicing within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct ad-hoc reporting and portfolio data clean-up tasks as required.
- Demonstrate a motivated personality, strong communication skills, and experience in the following areas:
- Minimum 1 year of insurance experience
- Property insurance experience is desirable or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to changing circumstances
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
