We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Imaging Support Specialist.

About the Role

The Imaging Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our membership-based programme. This will involve maintaining product knowledge, providing accurate technical support, and managing membership databases via our software system.

Main Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to ensure effective discharge of duties.
  • Provide timely and informative responses to customer inquiries, including problem-solving and pre-sales advice.
  • Maintain accurate records and data within our CPS software system.
  • Manage and coordinate the use of support assets, including equipment booking and tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and our Camera Service Centre, ensuring efficient repair and maintenance processes.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for photography and imaging, and a proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in technical support or sales.
  • Ability to handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using software systems to manage customer data and relationships.
