Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

The role of a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist is to utilize their skills and knowledge in diagnostic imaging procedures, working efficiently and effectively within a small team.

This position requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively with Radiologists, promoting a patient-focused approach to imaging services. The successful candidate will be ASAR registered and have at least 2 years' experience in General sonography, being competent in:

  • General US
  • Superficial Parts US
  • Basic Vascular – DVT, Carotid, Renal Art, Upper and Lower limb arterial
  • Interventional Guidance
  • Gynaecological US
  • Obstetric US (NT not required)
  • MSK US

They will also participate in an on-call roster, working shifts between 7:30am and 5:30pm. The successful candidate will deliver high quality, accurate and efficient imaging services, promoting a patient-focused approach to imaging.
