About The Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Nursing Recruitment, exceptional customer service skills, and a high level of attention to detail. You will be responsible for providing end-to-end management of a member's compliance portfolio, ensuring they can work, as well as phone screening potential new members and supporting them through their recruitment journey.

  • Phone screening potential new members (nurses and carers)
  • Providing support to new members to ensure they are ready to book in for shifts
  • End to end management of a member's compliance portfolio to ensure they can work
  • Working to manageable KPIs
  • Supporting industry events/conferences/presentations for university students
  • Ad hoc project management
Requirements

Key Requirements include:

  • Recruitment experience desirable but not essential
  • Great work ethic and organisational skills
  • Experience using different software programs (training provided)
  • Excellent accuracy and numeric skills
  • Loyalty to the company
