We are looking for a seasoned and accomplished Eminent Cost Estimator to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our organization.

About the Role
  • Support and guide the team with pre-contracts and business development activities;
  • Collaborate with the team to refine our processes and cultivate a strong work-winning culture;
  • Develop strategic connections between pre-contracts and delivery;
  • Analyse tender documentation and information;
  • Interpret specifications and standards, assessing their impact on project costs;
  • Quantification and costing of construction work;
  • Quantity take-off and preparing bills of quantities;
  • Prepare estimates, quantities, prices, and costing for projects;
  • Negotiate effectively with project managers and engineers to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities;
  • Understand and interpret detailed engineering drawings;
  • Analyse materials, products, or qualitative or quantitative work outputs for quality, accuracy, and completeness;
About You
  • You have extensive experience within the construction industry, particularly in civil, soil, and environmental sectors;
  • You are self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high-quality;
  • You are reliable, motivated, and determined;
  • You possess the ability to confidently discuss technical and commercial issues internally and with clients;
  • You have proven team management experience;
  • You can identify and develop opportunities to contribute to business growth;
