Key Social Worker Role

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to deliver high-quality services to our participants. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide individualised support and promote physical independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based social work services to meet the needs of our participants.
  • Assist with clinical management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support to employees with queries and tasks within their role.
  • Work with a diverse range of participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), from paediatric to elderly.
  • Liaise with national teams on social work services to ensure effective collaboration.
  • Update and provide current reports for employees, ensuring timely completion of hours.
  • Ensure all compliance is up-to-date with NDIS practice, including attending expos and conferences as required.

Requirements:

  • Must have appropriate registration as a Social Worker.
  • Must possess qualifications in Social Work.
  • Hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Current National Police Check.
  • Passion for the disability sector, with a commitment to helping individuals live their best life.
