About the Role:
You will play a key part in our team, designing and implementing scalable automation solutions across enterprise systems and business processes. As a seasoned automation expert, you will work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
Your Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Bi, Copilot Agents) and Azure Logic Apps.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and define requirements for automation projects.
- Translating complex business workflows into efficient, automated processes using modern tools and platforms.
- Implementing monitoring, alerting, and logging strategies to ensure reliability and traceability of automated processes.
- Mentoring junior engineers, analysts, and other IT staff on automation best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in automation development within a medium to large corporate environment.
- Proven expertise in designing and delivering automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
- Experience with Boomi for automation across enterprise systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with Workato, K2, and/or Automation Anywhere would be beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to discover, understand, and integrate with RESTful APIs, including navigating documentation and experimenting with endpoints.
- Strong understanding of automation lifecycle management, governance frameworks, and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable automation solutions.
- A strong focus on continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering measurable business value through automation.
