Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Past experience in people management, preferably in childcare or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable outcomes in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current Working with Children's Check, First Aid certification, and Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain
  • Current driver's license and own vehicle (travel allowance provided)
  • Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent
