We're seeking a skilled and friendly individual to join our team as a Holiday Experience Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, ensuring that every visitor has a positive and memorable stay at our park.

About the Role:

  • Welcome guests to our park, explaining its facilities, amenities, and activities.
  • Sell and promote our holiday destination by sharing its unique features and attractions.
  • Manage front-of-house operations, including check-in, check-out, and general reception duties.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service at all times, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure seamless operations.

  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
