Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Design Leader. As a key member of our electrical design team, you will be responsible for leading the design management process and working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality electrical design components for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the design management process for electrical design components of large-scale projects
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop in their careers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are innovative and sustainable
Requirements
  • Chartered Electrical Engineer or working towards chartered status
  • Proven experience in electrical design and project management
  • Strong technical background and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve high-quality results
  • Passion for innovation and sustainability
