Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Sydney Energy team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of electrical systems for various energy infrastructure projects, including renewable energy, transmission lines, and substations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply your expertise in electrical engineering to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver electrical systems that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and review electrical calculations, drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and success.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a strong background in power generation and transmission.
  • Chartered engineer or working towards chartership.
  • Proven experience as an Owner's Engineer, with expertise in system studies, REZ studies, and detail design.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to develop and review electrical calculations, drawings, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
