Drive policy reform and governance in a dynamic team at the Australian Taxation Office. This is an exciting opportunity to lead legislative and policy work programs, corporate services functions, and information technology services portfolios.

About the Role:

  • Empower and coordinate technical and legal staff to support tax practitioners with policy systems plans and governance arrangements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with government agencies, professional associations, and industry partners.
  • Provide high-level advice ensuring strategies align with the law and government's policy direction.
  • Develop and implement technology solutions data analytics and intelligence services for tax practitioner needs.
  • Represent the organization externally through forums and speaking events.

This role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, or Sydney CBD.
