Chief Community Services Leader

The position of Chief Community Services Leader has been created to oversee the day-to-day operations, programs and staff at our vibrant community-managed Neighbourhood House.
We are seeking an experienced leader to guide the strategic and operational direction of our organisation.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage day-to-day operations, programs, and staff in a community services setting
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting while ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies and partnerships to drive growth
- Ensure effective governance and strategic planning processes are in place
- Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Community Services, Welfare/Health, Counselling, Adult Education or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in community services and development
- Strong understanding of community organisation values and governance principles
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence, Police Check, and Working With Children Check required
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
