Chief Diagnostic Imaging Leader

We are seeking an experienced Chief Medical Imaging Technologist to join our team and inspire excellence in diagnostic imaging services. Our organisation is committed to delivering high-quality patient care, and we are looking for a leader who shares our passion for clinical and patient excellence.
The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Chief MIT, Deputy Chief or similar role, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and develop others. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage key stakeholder relationships and make sound decisions.
About the Role- Promote excellence in diagnostic imaging services and inspire team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Work closely with our Clinical Director and Operations Manager to strengthen our reputation and create a 'Centre of Excellence'.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and patient quality care.
- Proven experience as a Chief MIT or similar role.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate and develop others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- AHPRA and/or ASAR registration and Victorian Radiation Licence if applicable.
