As a Home Loan Specialist, you'll play a vital role in helping customers achieve their dream of homeownership. This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work with individuals and families to find, buy, and own property with confidence.


About the Role

This position involves managing customer relationships, guiding them through the home loan process, and submitting deals to our processing team. You'll also have the opportunity to leverage our expanded services, including buyer's agents and conveyancing, to earn referral income.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers throughout the home loan journey from search to settlement and beyond.
  • Submit deals to our processing team, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Leverage our expanded offering to earn referral income from buyer's agents and conveyancing.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it; we can provide support).
  • A background in sales or customer service roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Drive and determination to contribute to the growth of your retail store.
  • A passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
