The Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor an assigned client base through regular check-ins and annual reviews
  • Hold clients accountable to their financial strategy and progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party professionals to deliver holistic financial support
  • Identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and ensure timely rate reviews
  • Maintain accurate, compliant client records
  • Resolve queries professionally and ensure a seamless experience alongside colleagues and support teams

What We're Looking For In You

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, ideally involving virtual check-ins, coaching, or accountability support
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability
  • Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to flexible hours
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and commitment to high ethical and professional standards
  • Experience in financial services, mortgage lending, or property will be advantageous
