We're looking for a Shipwright Apprentice to join our team. As a Shipwright Apprentice, you will work in a team to undertake docking and undocking of various types of vessels, be trained to set up docking cradles for different types of vessels, both large and small, and undertake multi-skilled activities in all aspects of ship repair and maintenance.

The most important attribute for this role is a great attitude and willingness to learn, but you will also need to have an interest in maritime or previously have worked around ships/boats, have great communication skills and enjoy interacting with different groups of people, and be prepared to work in confined spaces and at heights.


About the Role

You will be working on various types of vessels, from small boats to large ships, and will be responsible for undertaking docking and undocking operations, setting up docking cradles, and performing multi-skilled activities in ship repair and maintenance.
