Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Support Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for customers via multiple communication channels.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, utilizing debugging, packet capture, and traffic analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering/Development team to identify and resolve product issues.
  • Develop and publish informative articles and bulletins to enhance the company knowledge base.
  • Stay up-to-date with Fortinet's product line and technologies.
Requirements
  • Australian citizenship with valid NV2 Security Clearance.
  • Relevant work experience in telecommunications, networking, or security, or equivalent education.
  • In-depth understanding of the OSI model and TCP/IP protocol.
  • Administrative knowledge of Windows, Unix, or Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
