Leadership Role in Resort Environment

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and engaging a driven team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a resort environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role within a Front Office department, with knowledge of hotel property management systems and excellent communication skills. You will also possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and vendors. You will also be responsible for assisting in developing budgets and making sound decisions to ensure the hotel operates efficiently.
