Service Coordinator Role

At our organization, we are seeking a highly organized Service Coordinator to manage field service activities for the Hygiene team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and schedule regular field service activities within set time frames and report any variances to the line Manager.
  • Ensure all Service Technician visits are loaded within divisional expectations and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Coordinate installations and jobs for completion within specified timeframes and meet divisional requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries/complaints on service and arrange non-routine service calls as needed.
  • Manage paperwork and administration related to service activities and route documents for entry into the Branch Contracts Computer System.
  • Record daily routines completed by technicians in accordance with divisional requirements.
  • Provide ongoing reports requested by management on service state, jobs, customer service history, technician productivity, and customer retention.
  • Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, ability to give clear instructions, collaboration, and time management skills are essential for this role.

Previous experience in a similar role or fast-paced office environment is required. The selected candidate will be required to complete pre-employment medical and reference checks as part of the recruitment process.
