Job Description

This role is focused on delivering high-impact results through cross-functional collaboration and business partnering. As a key member of the team, you will drive meaningful change across the organization by working with large and complex datasets to identify discrepancies, support remediation efforts, and ensure compliance with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation.

  • The successful candidate will interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and Fair Work legislation to ensure seamless compliance.
  • You will analyze payroll data to identify compliance discrepancies, calculate remediation amounts, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Collaboration is key in this role - you will work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and Analytics teams to validate findings, ensure accuracy, and document methodologies and audit trails for transparency and compliance.
  • Additionally, you will contribute to system and process implementation projects with a compliance lens, providing valuable insights to enhance existing processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and apply relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for process improvements.
  • Proven track record of ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and processes.
