About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Perth, Australia. As a key leadership figure within our quantity surveying consultancy, you will drive commercial leadership and client relationships forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pre- and post-contract cost management services for major projects
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through strategic commercial advice
  • Oversee the preparation of cost plans, estimates, tender reviews, and value engineering
  • Manage and mentor a team of quantity surveyors and cadets
  • Provide commercial oversight and reporting to ensure financial control and project efficiency

Requirements

To be considered, you should possess:

  • Proven leadership in cost management and client-facing delivery
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • AIQS, RICS, or equivalent professional membership (or working toward)
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and stakeholder management
  • Experience working on mid- to large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Australia
