Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Commissioning Manager to oversee a significant water infrastructure project.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, construction, and commissioning.
  • Expertise in Water and Wastewater projects, including treatment and transfer systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills to motivate and influence team members.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HSE and regulatory requirements, including safety cases and risk assessment methodologies such as CHAZOP and CHAIR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the resourcing, management, and supervision of the Commissioning Team.
  • Crafting commissioning strategies and methodologies that prioritize safety, environmental protection, asset integrity, and production efficiency.
  • Ensuring timely completion of all commissioning documentation and deliverables.
  • Identifying and implementing all necessary statutory permits and approvals before work commencement.
  • Proactively addressing and resolving issues related to commissioning requirements.
  • Overseeing inspections, audits, and Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), ensuring attendance of commissioning personnel.
