Job Opportunity

We are seeking a coordinator to manage our logistics depot facilities services, including contractor preventative maintenance programs, repairs, and maintenance, invoice control, equipment management, and legislative compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining internal and external relationships with landowners, distribution partners, and service providers, as well as acting as an escalation point for service management issues.

They will also manage daily tasks such as PMP, R&M, and safety compliance to ensure timely completion, support the National Facilities Manager with property lease management tasks, and manage the contractor portal.

Additionally, they will perform routine administrative tasks, create purchase orders, issue budgets, and deliver projects, while reducing fixed cost exposure through innovative CI projects and leading Change Management projects impacting Facilities and Logistics departments.
