Leadership Opportunity

In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive the provision of high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients at regional hospitals. You will oversee the coordination of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with relevant standards and hospital resources.

  • Develop and implement service delivery frameworks to achieve continuity in medication management.
  • Measure and analyze information on service effectiveness, adjusting priorities and implementing initiatives to improve service efficiency, patient care, and medication safety.
  • Oversee performance indicators, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and hospital-wide incident reporting.
Required Expertise
  • Significant experience in leading clinical pharmacy services, managing teams, and supervising staff is essential.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation, codes of practice, and workplace guidelines in public hospital pharmacy practice is crucial.
