We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our Sydney team at Ethos BeathChapman. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of our Risk and Compliance Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Risk and Compliance systems to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate registers and prepare reports for management and the board.
- Support training initiatives and conduct data analysis to identify trends and inform regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in risk and compliance within financial services.
- Strong knowledge of APRA requirements, particularly CPS 230 and CPS 234.
- Proficiency in controls testing, report writing, and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
