Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers.
They will coordinate with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational rehabilitation principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes to identify RTW barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
