Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Protection Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team and developing risk strategies for fraud mitigation, detection, and response.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business processes and service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and enhance fraud prevention protocols to minimize payments-related risks and revenue loss
  • Collaborate with third-party partners on fraud investigations
  • Identify and implement risk strategies to mitigate compliance and fraud risks while ensuring seamless client experience
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the payments fraud environment

About You:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performing teams
  • 5-10 years' experience in risk management, trust and safety, or customer support roles
  • Business process re-engineering and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
