Global Service Excellence Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to deliver seamless service solutions and drive transformation changes across product jurisdictions and operating centers.

About the Role:

  • Provide oversight from a service and delivery perspective, ensuring consistent global service delivery in coordination with client executives.
  • Act as a proactive internal leader on ways to optimize end-to-end client service delivery, leveraging strong leadership skills to create a culture of excellence.
  • Represent an internal point of escalation for unresolved service items and ensure that staff is effectively managed and trained to meet client needs.
  • Develop and implement globally integrated operating models to enhance locally delivered service solutions and advance team knowledge and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive governance framework to guide local service delivery and drive transformation changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery and operations.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in delivering global service excellence.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to create a culture of excellence and drive transformation changes, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in developing and implementing integrated operating models and governance frameworks.
