The Health Grants Branch manages a portfolio of grant programs on behalf of the Department of Health and Aged Care. Your responsibilities will include quality checking grant offer documents, providing clear advice to Round Coordinators, and supporting the grant approval and execution process.
You will receive and process signed agreements, Deeds of Variation, Notices of Change, Deeds of Novation, and Deeds of Termination. Additionally, you will maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting and inform future projections.
This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and can work effectively in a team environment.
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will be part of a dynamic team that works towards improving the health and wellbeing of all Australians. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of plans, strategies, and team goals.
