Supply Officer Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and well-organised individual to join our supply team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Stores Department with the distribution of stock, ordering, and invoicing.
  • Work closely with the Stores Department to ensure efficient stock management and inventory control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks and responsibilities, with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in supply, stores, or a similar warehousing background.
  • Experience in or knowledge of purchasing and stores functions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
  • Commitment to Work Health & Safety practices and a demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently.
  • Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to the team.
