About the Role

As a Team Member, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of being the go-to destination for liquor enthusiasts.

You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering queries, and providing expert advice on our extensive range of local and imported brands.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the liquor industry, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

About You and Your Skills
  • Provide exceptional customer service by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • Be knowledgeable about our products and able to engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Hold a current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification

Please note that an accredited RSA certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia.
