Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to join our team. As the driving force behind our newest location, you will lead a passionate front and back-of-house team, ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll work closely with our management team to bring our distinctive culture to life, both within the team and out into the wider community. We're looking for someone who leads with positivity, clear communication, and adaptability.
About the Role
As the Store Operations Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day store operations
- Leading, training, and supporting FOH and kitchen teams
- Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong customer relationships
- Collaborating closely with the management team
- Managing inventory and stock ordering
- Maintaining food safety and OH&S standards
- Leading monthly shift leader meetings and implementing structured team communication
- Assisting with recruitment and team development
- Contributing to business strategy, system improvements, and growth initiatives
- Championing a positive, fun, and professional work environment focused on accountability and teamwork
- Acting as the main point of contact for all staff at the venue
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a hospitality management role
- Full Australian working rights
- Coffee knowledge, experience, or a willingness to learn
- Current Driver's License
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong people skills, communication, and leadership abilities
- A passion for customer experience, quality, and community engagement
- Ability to lead with openness, positivity, and accountability
- An appreciation for all things sweet
- A genuine understanding of the core purpose of a store manager in hospitality — prioritizing customer service above all else
