Key Responsibilities

- Utilize your commercial acumen to boost profitability across sales, interior decorator programs, net promoter scores (NPS), employee engagement, average transaction values (ATV), and strike rates.
- Create a positive, high-performance culture through regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members.
- Advocate a safety-first mindset, empowering your team to identify and mitigate risks.
