The key role of a Store Operations Leader is to deliver business growth and customer satisfaction by driving sales, operational excellence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize store operations to achieve high-performance culture, KPIs, sales targets, visual merchandising, stock control, wage management, and OH&S compliance.
  • Motivate the team to achieve top results in KPIs, sales, and added value across stores.
  • Closely monitor store sales to meet daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, recognizing outstanding achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor the team to maintain high morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans.
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation.
