**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a Part-time Receptionist to join our team at a vibrant and modern residence in the Hunter Valley region.

The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and able to relate well to the elderly. They will have excellent phone manners and IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering all telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining files and documentation
  • General administration and data entry
  • Stationery ordering and petty cash management
  • Assisting with staff rosters and training schedules

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy reception role
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacity
  • Strong accuracy and data entry skills
  • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)
  • Ability to learn internal software systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding communication, telephone and customer service skills
  • Experience working within a busy and constantly changing environment
