Project Manager for Capital Works

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing detailed and sensitive property projects
  • Managing end-to-end construction project management including planning, design, approvals, procurement, delivery and handover
  • Writing business cases, plans, executive briefs, project reports, status updates and exception reports
  • Developing research and analysis, including preparation of draft reports on project activities
  • Managing project budgets, reviewing and reporting on expenditure
  • Identifying and managing program governance including management of project risks, issues and benefits
  • Establishing and managing procurement and contracts for delivery of programme and monitor contractor performance

This role offers a competitive day rate and hybrid working environment. You will also receive weekly pay cycles, nominated choice of superannuation fund and online time sheet submission and approval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Property capital projects experience with complex scope
  • Relevant experience in project leadership and management roles
  • Qualification in Project Management
  • Deep knowledge of Project Management and Construction management systems and principles
  • IT proficiency, especially MS Office
