Key Responsibilities- Maintain currency and access for all employees and key stakeholders to all Children's Services Policies
- General administration, electronic filing, and archiving, ensuring confidentiality and privacy of files at all times are handled in accordance with company policy, procedures, and applicable legislation
- Perform general office reception and telephone duties as required in a professional manner
- Maintain the work environment to minimize risk to both customers and employees
- Comply with all policies and procedures
- Previous administration experience in a similar setting
- Possess, or be willing to obtain, a positive notice Blue Card
- Ability to perform a range of administrative duties with the ability to prioritize work and meet set deadlines
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- A positive and open-minded attitude, with the willingness to learn and grow in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Experience in children's services and/or a not-for-profit environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of and compliance with National Quality Framework would be an advantage
