Job Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and providing an exceptional experience for our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of facilities attendants, scheduling and allocating work, and supervising their work on a daily basis.
  • To undertake technical and other training as required, and to attend periodic team and individual meetings as required.
  • Facilitate a team environment and foster a culture of service excellence.
  • Deputise for the Facilities Manager in their absence, in Villages that have a dedicated Facilities Manager.
  • Always apply safe work practices to contribute to the safety culture at Civeo.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months experience of supervising a team.
  • Knowledge of equipment and materials routinely used in Facilities Operations (e.g. ride on mower, push mower, whipper snipper, blower, high pressure hose, small parts).
  • A valid Drivers license.
  • Unlimited working rights within Australia (ideally for 12 months or more).
  • Flexibility to work across day / night shift when required.
