Leadership Position Available

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage daily store operations. You will also be tasked with coaching and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate a team. They will also have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license. Additionally, they will prioritize safety and be able to perform the duties of the role, including handling products of a heavy nature.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage daily store operations
  • Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide outstanding service to our customers
  • Live, breathe and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers
  • Are safety leaders, always providing the safest work environment for themselves, team members and customers
  • Set a positive example at all times
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license
  • Prioritise safety
