Facilities Leader | Property Manager

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to lead our facilities team in delivering high-quality and well-maintained facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of facilities attendants, scheduling work and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Supervise daily tasks and maintain a safe environment for customers and employees.
- Develop skills through technical training as required and participate in regular performance reviews.
- Support the facilities manager in their absence.
- A minimum of two years' experience in a maintenance or trades assistant role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- At least six months' experience supervising a team.
- Manual drivers license, Class C, and LF Forklift License.
- High level of general physical fitness, strength, and health.
- Lift, push, pull, and carry up to approximately 20kgs.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
We provide workforce accommodation services globally, owning permanent rooms across QLD, NSW, and WA, and operating more than 20,000 rooms in client-owned properties. Our services include accommodation, food services, housekeeping, and property maintenance.
