As a Beauty Advisor at Clinique, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Sydney store. With a passion for beauty and a talent for building relationships, you will work closely with our team to create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, offering expert advice on our products and services
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of diversity and respect

Requirements:
  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty or guest services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable
  • Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in Australia if invited to attend for interview
